It's been a while since I been on here and lots of stuff has happen. First of all, my dog Raven passed away a few years ago and it was a very hard on me. She went fairly fast and we never really found out what made her so sick in the first place. Secondly, my plant collection has grown with mostly orchids but with a few succulents and a pitcher plant mixed in. I also have a couple of fish tanks going that are populated with mostly fancy guppies. I also have blue ramshorn snails, a pea puffer, and now I'm giving breeding mystery snails ago. I bought, hopefully, a breeding pair of blue mystery snails and a couple clutches. Eggs in the clutches have hatched so expect baby pictures of them later. Finally, I have a calico named Gabby now. She's very apply named and is a very affectionate cat that has claimed me as her human. We got her about a year or so after Raven had died and I have loved her ever since. She's a bit of a clutz that doesn't jump very well and is quite the character. She is also very much a 'mighty hunter' even though she is an indoor cat. She has bought mice up from the basement several times as well as socks, Christmas stockings, and basically anything else that is fuzzy. She has even popped the screen out of the dinning room window a few times trying to pounce on the squirrels and chipmunks on the bird feeders hanging on it. As for her story, she's a stray that we've adopted. She was found in a snow drift when she was six months old before being handed over to a foster family. I saw her at the pet store's cat adoption area twice on two different days. The first time, I played with for a bit with toys and my key chain before we had to leave. The seconded time, my parents helped to get things in order so we could take her home.
